Toby Hill Farm Holiday Cottage is a non-smoking cottage and will comfortably sleep 4 to 6 adults.

The lounge has a wood burning stove, colour TV/DVD, CD player, radio and comfortable seating from where you can sit back and enjoy the wonderful views through the patio doors.

The newly fitted oak kitchen has a range of modern intergrated appliances along with all the usual kitchen necessities.

Upstairs we have the two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both of which are ensuite. There are window seats in each bedroom from which you can enjoy the beautiful view across the valley.

The cottage has its own stone flagged patio with a southerly aspect lawned garden, barbeque and garden furniture for guests to sit back, relax and unwind.

There is good mobile reception for most providers.
